THE WEEKLY EDIT
Picture this. You, headed for your dream vacation.
You've arrived at the airport, excited to finally catch a flight that not only promises you freedom, but takes you away from your daily routine and all the necessary obligations. Battling traffic, managing a calendar, Zoom meetings. To leave all that behind? Yes, please.
The sliding glass doors to enter the airport are marked closed. No problem for this intrepid traveler! We'll simply take a turn in the revolving door.
And that's when it happens.
The door moved faster than the luggage trailing behind us. We're now stuck, not moving forward. Not moving backward. Standing in place, but able to see through the glass how everyone else is on their way, smiling, laughing, enjoying themselves.
Pounding on the glass isn't getting anyone's attention. We take a deep breath and consider our options. We've got a belt and shoelaces; maybe we can MacGyver our way out. Or we can wait for someone, anyone, to finally notice we need help. Eventually, someone has to come to our aid, right?
Or, we can let go of the luggage. After all, it's what's holding us back. And what's in there that's so damn valuable, anyway? All things that can be replaced. So why are we letting it hold us back?
That's the vibe this week, Edit Insiders. The universe wants you to make some decisions, and the New Moon is setting a deadline.
To move ahead or stay stuck in place? The choice is yours.
COSMIC WEATHER REPORT
Tuesday: Mostly cloudy energy. This morning, the sky readies for a fresh start, thanks to a New Moon — but it's landing right on top of Mercury, still churning backward in retrograde, and it's running into Saturn, the planet in charge of limits and consequences. The urge to begin is real, but it's tangled up with unfinished business.
Wednesday: Expect a little sun as the pressure briefly eases. Uranus and Neptune move into a supportive angle this afternoon, allowing an unexpected possibility to come into view. Something simply… gives, a little.
Thursday: The energy clouds begin to clear. Tonight, the Moon moves into Virgo, and the mood becomes more practical. You'll rummage through that luggage mentally. What's weighing you down? What have you outgrown? This is a day for sorting—and for truth.
Friday: Clearer skies, steady and practical. The Moon stays in Virgo, keeping the day detail-focused and grounded. Very late Friday night—technically after midnight Saturday ET—Uranus and Pluto move into a supportive angle. You have some decisions to make. Remember: No decision is still a decision.

POWER MOVE
You can let go and hold on at the same time.
THE SIGNS & THIS ENERGY
This Week's Energy + Your Sign = Magnetism Score
10 = Magnetic north. Doors open. People notice. Synchronicities abound.
8–9 = Strong attraction energy. Work with it, don't force it.
6–7 = Mixed signals. Stay aware. Don't chase.
4–5 = Course correction territory. The lesson is more valuable than the outcome.
1–3 = Stop pushing. The universe is trying to tell you something.
ARIES
Here's the thing, Aries, and you may not like it. The New Moon squares your sign directly, so the luggage in question is probably tied to identity or direction — who you're becoming versus who your family or history expected. Decide before Friday, or the decision gets made for you by default.
Magnetism: 5/10
TAURUS
This week, you're not the one stuck in the door, but you are watching someone else caught between those glass panels. How will you choose to be useful? Thursday's Virgo shift favors you — use it to actually help. That, in turn, helps you find some clarity of your own.
Magnetism: 7/10
GEMINI
Uranus is camped out in your sign all week, Gem, which means your version of "letting go of the bag" looks like an idea you didn't expect. Wednesday's the easy day for you especially — something clicks loose without effort.
Magnetism: 7/10
CANCER
The New Moon is yours. This is your door, your bag, your decision. Whatever starts this week starts with old weight attached — that's not a bad omen, that's just accurate. On Tuesday, think it through, Cancer, think it through.
Magnetism: 7/10
LEO
You're mid-reinvention this year (hi, Jupiter), so this week's tighter, smaller decisions might feel like a distraction from the bigger story. They're not. Thursday's practical energy helps you sort what's actually part of the plan and what's just noise.
Magnetism: 6/10
VIRGO
The back half of the week is yours — Moon lands in your sign Thursday night and stays through Saturday. You're the one doing the sorting for everyone else this week, because you are fabulous at making the most of a situation. That is, when you want to be. Just remember to sort your own bag, too.
Magnetism: 7/10
LIBRA
This New Moon's tension is aimed partly at you — likely showing up as a relationship or partnership decision that's been circling. Don't mistake "unresolved" for "undecided." One of those is simply a choice you haven't made yet. Use the first half of the week strategically, and by Friday, the right choice may be almost embarrassingly obvious. You’d like that, wouldn’t you?
Magnetism: 5/10
SCORPIO
This week actually favors you, you being a water sign and all -- and this lunation supports a final letting go of something you've been carrying around for so long you've forgotten it's there. Life will feel surprisingly lighter. In fact, you'll wonder why you didn't let go earlier. Typical Scorpio.
Magnetism: 7/10
SAGITTARIUS
You're mostly a bystander to this week's drama, which is a gift. Use the quiet to plan your next move instead of reacting to everyone else's noise. There's a lot to learn by staying calm, cool and collected while those around you are caught up in nonsense. Smile. Nod. Carry on.
Magnetism: 5/10
CAPRICORN
Sorry, Cap, but for you this week, it’s a structure or responsibility question coming into play and weighing you down. Saturn’s your planet, and its current position is just reminding you the rules still apply even when you’re tired of them. Have you considered that the question no longer applies to your life? #askingforafriend
Magnetism: 3/10
AQUARIUS
This week plays like background static and, luckily, nothing is urgent. Late Friday night's Uranus-Pluto shift touches you more than most, though — something long-term is quietly repositioning. You won’t feel the full effect yet, but that quiet repositioning will eventually make the decision impossible to avoid.
Magnetism: 5/10
PISCES
This week's actually supportive for you, Pisces. Use it as a chance to release something rather than fight it. The hard part for you isn't the letting go. It's admitting you're ready to. Rather silly, isn't it?
Magnetism: 8/10
We read the sky so you can read the room.
Fresh cosmic intel Tuesdays and Fridays.
