Who’s ready for this? Libra season says goodbye. Jupiter and Mars are still getting on famously with Leo, but that little devil Mercury? He’s prepping for retrograde. #getready

THE WEEKLY EDIT

Darling, Libra season is coming to an end. Most of this week, she's clearing out her desk, but before she hands in her badge, HR has a few questions.

In this scenario, HR is the cosmos. And you are the one being called in for the exit interview.

For a month, the Sun in Libra has acted as humanity's designated peacekeeper. She mediated group chats and fulfilled such duties as doing the math everyone hates, like splitting the check down the middle and determining the tip. She's been helpful to have around, and also exasperating, in her very Libra way. Yes, she spent 45 minutes choosing between two nearly identical fonts. And she prolonged meetings that could've been an email. As much as we love her, we're also happy to bid her adieu.

She's out of here after Thursday, so expect the exit interview to go something like this. And yes, it's mandatory.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how fair were you to everyone for the past month? Please be prepared to show your work. Then explain why you did what you did.

How many times in the past month did you say "I'm fine with whatever"? Were you, in fact, fine with whatever? Answer honestly. The cosmos keeps receipts.

List every decision you postponed "until you had more information." Welcome to reality. There is no more information, and the decision is due. Sign here to confirm.

Did you over-apologize, under-apologize or fail to check whether everyone was all right? This is an essay answer. It will be read by everyone involved. Choose your words carefully.

Who in your life is getting the "lovely" version of you instead of the honest one? We need names. It's the responsible thing to do. Scorpio season is imminent.

🍸 Cosmic Consequences

And here's the cosmic consequence nobody mentioned on Day 1 of Libra season: whatever you leave unresolved in your mental or emotional inbox doesn't disappear. It simply gets forwarded to Scorpio, who doesn't do polite follow-ups. Libra asks what's fair. Scorpio asks what's true, then proceeds to read your browser history.

The last few minutes of this season may prove uncomfortable, as you relive some moments that weren't your best.

But that's OK, because once the handoff takes place, a rebirth is in play. The Sun crosses into Scorpio, the sign of endings that make room for beginnings. Many beginnings. More intense, maybe, but more truthful and — importantly — much more you.

So finish the paperwork. Make the call you've been weighing, say the thing you've been dancing around and stop hosting the meeting you've already outgrown.

The vibe this week: close out Libra season with grace, then walk into Scorpio season with the kind of determination that comes from knowing what only you know.

Cosmic Weather Report

Tuesday: Keep honest winds at your back.

The day opens with some leftover tension from overnight, when Venus and Pluto faced off over who holds the power in matters of love, money and loyalty. You may wake up with an old attachment or a power struggle on your mind. Notice it, but don’t act on it yet. With the Moon in Aquarius, emotions run cool and analytical.

Around midday, your head and your heart disagree, so a conversation that sounds logical can come across as cold. By early evening, big feelings and big promises are in the air, along with the urge to overdo it.

Advice: Be honest about what you’re holding onto.

Wednesday: Tender emotions breeze in.

The day starts in sync, with your inner wants and outer goals pointing in the same direction. After a quiet early-morning lull, the Moon slips into Pisces and the mood softens. Midday is the gentlest window of the week for relationships: apologies land, old hurts ease and creative work flows. Early evening brings a jolt, like a sudden change of plans, a surprise message or a restless mood.

Advice: Have the tender conversation midday, while hearts are open. Then stay flexible tonight, because the plan may change, and that’s OK.

Thursday: Cozy sweater weather.

It’s Libra’s last full day on the job, and the sky goes respectfully quiet. The Pisces Moon drifts along without much interruption, which makes it a dreamy, intuitive, inward kind of day.

Meanwhile, Mercury is slowing nearly to a stop before it turns retrograde Saturday, so details slip, messages get crossed and tech gets moody. In the late evening, your intuition and your thinking finally sync up, and insights arrive.

Advice: Finish the paperwork — and back up the file.

POWER MOVE

Give your “fine with whatever” its two weeks’ notice — and make it retroactive.

HOW THIS ENERGY HITS THE SIGNS

This Week's Energy + Your Sign = Magnetism Score
10 = Magnetic north. Doors open. People notice. Synchronicities abound.
8–9 = Strong attraction energy. Work with it, don't force it.
6–7 = Mixed signals. Stay aware. Don't chase.
4–5 = Course correction territory. The lesson is more valuable than the outcome.
1–3 = Stop pushing. The universe is trying to tell you something.

ARIES (March 21 - April 19 * Fire)
Venus and Mercury are working through your zone of shared resources and trust, the territory where you can’t win by going first. We feel you, darling. For a sign built for speed, the act of slowing down seems criminal. To make things even worse — OK, we’re being dramatic. This isn’t worse, it just seems that way. For you. — Saturn and Neptune are reviewing your sign itself, causing hairline cracks in your usual certainty. That isn’t weakness. It’s a structural inspection. And yes, you were due for one. The edge this week goes to the Aries who asks one more question, then proceeds. Magnetism: 6/10

TAURUS (April 20 - May 20 * Earth)
Yes, still Venus. That ruler of yours has been moving backward through your relationship zone — but now she’s bumping into Pluto, who’s eyeing your career zone. One would think this is a romance-versus-ambition thing, but one would be wrong. It’s who gets to set the terms in each — and you’ve been letting other people do it in both, darling, for what seems like an eternity now. Mercury is slowing in the same relationship zone, so the conversation you need won’t go smoothly on the first try. Turn up the charm and the innocent smile, and have at it anyway. Sunday-into-Monday’s Full Moon in your sign hands the leverage back to you. Magnetism: 7/10

GEMINI (May 21 - June 20 * Air)
Oh Gem, lay off the caffeine this week, fer sure. Mercury, your ruler, is nearly stalled in your zone of work and daily systems, and you can feel the friction causing sparks and, possibly, a meltdown or two. The machinery that keeps your life running is in need of maintenance before Mercury’s upcoming retrograde happens. (That makes this an assignment, not a suggestion.) While you’re busy trying to find the warranty to your sanity, Uranus is moving backward through your sign and stirring a bigger restlessness about identity. This is a trying week, yes, but fix the system rather than rebrand yourself. Magnetism: 6/10

CANCER (June 21 - July 22 * Water)
The Moon, your ruler, moves into fellow water sign Pisces midweek, and your intuition sharpens to the point of being evidence. Well, at least to the level of TV detective series evidence. Use that intuition to make the decision you’ve been calling “complicated” (which is usually code for “already decided, not yet admitted”). Venus and Mercury are revisiting your zone of pleasure and creativity, asking what you gave up to be the horribly responsible adult that you are. Mars and Jupiter in your money zone back a bolder ask than you’re planning. Just so you know. Magnetism: 7/10

LEO (July 23 - Aug. 22 * Fire)
Mars and Jupiter are both in your sign, which gives you more drive, presence and reach than anyone else this week. Just who on Earth can handle this amped-up level of Leo, we wonder? And that, darling, that’s your advantage. The test (for them) arrives Tuesday evening, when the Moon sits directly across from your sign and reflects everything back through the people closest to you. Read the room before you fill it with your energy — that’s the flex of real power. Venus may be stirring up some old loyalties at home, so be generous there. You can afford to be. Magnetism: 9/10

VIRGO (Aug. 23 - Sept. 22 * Earth)
Hey, Virg, your ruler Mercury is slowing through your communication zone, which is why precision isn’t landing the way it usually does. The problem isn’t your wording. It’s that you’re explaining when you should be deciding. Midweek, the Pisces Moon moves through your partnership zone and rewards trust over correction. Venus is at odds with Pluto in your work zone, so a professional relationship has a power dynamic you’ve been too polite to name. Name it. Only then can you move on. Magnetism: 6/10

LIBRA (Sept. 23 - Oct. 22 * Air)
Don’t take this the wrong way, darling, but we’ve all had quite enough of you lately. The Sun (finally) leaves your sign this week, taking the spotlight with it, and what’s left is the ledger. Venus, your ruler, is moving backward through your money and values zone and clashing with Pluto in your pleasure and creativity zone. The question underneath is what you’ve been paying, in money or compromise, to keep things pleasant. Mercury in the same zone puts the numbers in front of you. Read them as data, not judgment. Now’s the time to limit the personal engagements and recharge, while your aura is still everywhere. Magnetism: 7/10

SCORPIO (Oct. 23 - Nov. 21 * Water)
Well now. Things are about to get interesting. Venus and Mercury are already in your sign, and the Sun arrives Friday, so the attention is shifting to you. The catch is that Venus is clashing with Pluto, your ruler, from your home zone, bringing up an old question about who controls what in your life. You already know the answer, but you’ll never tell. Have you prepared for Mercury’s retrograde in your sign? Set your mind to whatever it is you want now, and the mountains in your way? Yeah, they’ll start to disappear. Magnetism: 8/10

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22 - Dec. 21 * Fire)
Jupiter, your ruler, is traveling with Mars through your zone of expansion and big ideas, so the future looks wide open. At the same time, Venus and Mercury are moving through your zone of rest and retreat, where the work is quiet and internal. The tension between the two is the point, which is why your comfort zone is so random these days. If there’s a big leap you’re planning, it needs a reason, and you’ll find it in the quiet, not the hype. Magnetism: 7/10

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 - Jan. 19 * Earth)
The Sun is closing out its month in your career zone, Cap, so your professional standing is under review — mostly by you. Saturn, your ruler, is backtracking through your home zone, which is why your foundation needs attention before your next big thing. Venus is clashing with Pluto in your money zone while reviewing your friendships and networks. Some alliances are built on mutual benefit and some on habit. Know which is which. Magnetism: 6/10

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20 - Feb. 18 * Air)
Who are you? #askingforafriend. Pluto just turned forward in your sign and is pressing on your identity, while Venus pushes back from your career zone. The gap between who you’re becoming and how you’re known professionally is getting too wide to ignore. That’s only a bad thing if you want it to be. Tuesday’s Moon in your sign gives you the detachment to see it clearly. When the Sun enters your career zone on Friday, visibility follows. What people see is what you allow them to see. Consider that carefully. Magnetism: 7/10

PISCES (Feb. 19 - March 20 * Water)
The Moon is in your sign midweek, Pisces, so your emotional intelligence runs at full capacity. It’s a beautiful mind you have, BTW. Midday Wednesday is your strongest window for repairing anything relational. Neptune, your ruler, is moving backward through your money zone, which is why a financial assumption or expectation deserves a hard second look. Venus and Mercury are currently considering revising your long-range plans. What looks like a delay is actually a correction in course, darling. Accept it with ease — you don’t know it now, but it’s for the best. Magnetism: 8/10
